Contacting the bookseller

Whenever you order a book you will receive a copy of that order by email (provided you have entered your email address correctly) with details of the book ordered and contact details of the bookseller. Keep that email safely - an occasion may arise when you need to contact the bookseller, eg. in the event that the book does not arrive within the time expected.

Booksellers will normally give you an idea of the expected time taken for a book to be delivered but if you haven't received the book within that time (allowing a margin for normal delays) then please contact the bookseller to let them know. Please don't leave it for three or four months after the expected delivery window.

The bookseller will take the matter up with the postal service/carrier and keep you informed. Please ensure that you tell the bookseller if the book should arrive in the meantime (it is only courteous to do this with all books ordered, anyway).

If any other problem arises with a purchase always contact the bookseller first!
